Victoria Wilson is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Sharing Excess, overseeing daily execution across departments, optimizing logistics, and translating big-picture strategy into measurable action. A Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient and winner of Philadelphia Magazine's "Luminary Leader" award, Victoria helped build the foundation of Sharing Excess from its early days as a student-led project. She's known for operational excellence, compassionate leadership, and the ability to scale impact with integrity. Victoria holds a B.S. from Drexel University, where her journey with Sharing Excess began. Her day-to-day work fuels the systems that move millions of pounds of food each month.

Nourhan Ibrahim is the Chief Impact Officer of Sharing Excess, managing strategic development and growth projects as Sharing Excess aims to expand locally and nationally. She is responsible for improving the operational efficiency of our organization as a whole, in addition to developing and optimizing revenue streams that are crucial for short-term and long-term growth. In this role, she works closely with the executive team and department leads to create and monitor growth plans and key performance indicators. She holds a BA in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University and dual Master's degrees in Environmental Studies and Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ryan McHenry is the Chief Technology Officer of Sharing Excess, where he leads the development of the organization's proprietary Surplus app. Since first piloting the project as an open-source contributor in 2020, he's played a leading role in shaping Sharing Excess's technology and operations strategy. A veteran of both the nonprofit and startup worlds, Ryan previously held roles in product management and engineering at companies like TED, iZotope, and Captain Labs. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Northwestern University.

Sarah DiPasquale is the Chief Program Officer of Sharing Excess, leading the team that moves millions of pounds of food from donors to communities every month. She oversees logistics, allocation, and partnerships with hundreds of community organizations to ensure rescued food reaches those who need it most. With deep expertise in distribution and community impact, Sarah has built systems that ensure efficiency, equity, and reliability at scale. She holds a B.A.S. from Drexel University and has been a cornerstone of Sharing Excess's operational success since 2020.

Diane Wilde Olcott is the Chief People Officer of Sharing Excess, creating the systems, structures, and policies that help the team thrive and feel supported as they bring the organization's mission to life. Since joining, she has scaled Sharing Excess's human resources across all areas, centering the belief that people are the heart of the work. Diane brings deep experience in people operations and leadership, previously serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Riverwards Produce, spending over six years with Apple, and working as a District Manager for the international brand L'Occitane. She holds a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an HR Certificate from SHRM.
